1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the tools at seotoolwithai.com (referred to as "STA", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Account Creation & Free Trial

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate registration details. We offer a free trial of 2 audit/chat credits valid for 1 day (24 hours) from registration.

Anti-Abuse Clause: We track the IP address of each registration. Users are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts (using different email addresses) to repeatedly obtain free trial credits. If we detect multiple accounts associated with the same IP address or network prefix, we reserve the right to suspend or block all associated accounts without notice.

3. Paid Accounts & Billing

Our premium subscription plan is priced at $10 per month and includes 25 scan/chat credits. Credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.

Manual Payment: All payments are completed manually via Bank Transfer, mobile wallets (JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Easypaisa), or Payoneer. You must submit your proof of payment via the Payment Submission Form. We verify each transaction manually and update user credit balances accordingly. This process usually takes a few hours.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our services and manual payment processing, all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use of AI Auditing Tools

You agree to use the GEO & AEO Scan and AI Consulting Chat tools only for lawful purposes. You must not use our tools to scan URLs containing malware, illegal material, or hate speech. You must not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the WordPress site or our integration with the Google Gemini API.

5. Google Gemini API & Service Limits

STA connects directly to Google's Gemini API to process website content and answer user queries. While we aim for maximum availability, we are not responsible for API downtime, response formatting changes, or service limits imposed by Google. If a scan or chat request fails due to an API timeout, no credit will be deducted from your account.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our audit reports, recommendations, and AI suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence. They are for educational and optimization planning purposes only. We make no guarantees that following our audit recommendations will increase your traffic, search engine rankings, or sales. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms of Service, abuse the free trial system, or engage in suspicious activity.
